SYNTAX:  earmuffs OR earmuffs [number]

The 'earmuffs' command with no argument will show you the
current level at which your earmuffs are set.  Earmuffs allow
you to block some of the shouting that occurs on the mud.

The argument that may be added to the 'earmuffs' command is
the level of players up to which you will ignore the shouts.

You may not earmuff anybody of a level higher than you with
this command--although there are other means that may be found
on the mud.
