SYNTAX:  mywhosync

The mywhosync command will allow you to add people that are currently
online and on your mywho list to your linktell list.  You may only add
as many names as your linktell allows, even if there are more listed
online on your mywho.

Players who are link dead or idle for more than 10 min will not be
added to the link.
