The 'newsoul' command is your way of telling the wizards
about a brand new cool soul command idea you would like to see
implemented.  Please, when leaving a new soul message, give 
us both the phrase you'd like to see, if you'd like it done from
afar or not, and the command you feel should trigger the soul.
